  • 1 package of prebaked thin-crust pizza crust
  • 1 package (0.2kg) mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil, cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup. marinara sauce
  • 1 (0.5kg) smoked beef pepperoni
  • 2/3 cup. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed chili pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Then place the pizza crust into the oven. Heat for 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Spray olive oil onto a heat-iron pan, and place over medium-high heat. Then cook the mushroom for 5 minutes while stirring.
Step 3:
Remove the pizza crust from the oven and place it on board. Spray the crust with olive oil, then coat with marinara sauce. Top it off with slices of the beef pepperoni, and sprinkle a handful of cheese.
Step 4:
Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes, then take the pan out. Slice the pizza into 8 slices, and sprinkle chili flakes over.
