Ingredients

  • 2 beef garlic sausage -
  • 500g penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 2 carrots, minced
  • 2 stalks. celery, minced
  • 3 cloves. garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. italian seasoning
  • 0.8l of crushed tomatoes
  • 400ml beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 100g parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup. heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1:
Cook pasta in a pot, with a sprinkle of salt into hot water. Let it simmer under small heat.
Step 2:
In a large pan, set fire on medium heat. Add olive oil and sauté onions, celery, carrots, and garlic until tender.
Step 3:
Add the sausages into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Then mix until the meat turns golden brown.
Step 4:
Add the tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Stir with reducing heat until the sauce turns thicker.
Step 5:
Mix in the parmesan cheese and cream, and continue to stir. Then let it simmer for about 3 hours. Step 6: Place cooked pasta and bolognese sauce on top of cork mat. Then serve pasta with sauce individually.
