  • 2 (0.3kg) beef burger patty
  • 2 burger buns, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • cabbage, tomato, cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1:
Preheat the grill with high heat.
Step 2:
While waiting for the grill to heat up, mix the beef burger patty, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic together into a large bowl.
Step 3:
Marinate the beef pattys with the sauce, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Back to the grill, lightly oil the grill, and place the patties on it. Flip every 5 minutes till preferred 'done-ness'.
Step 5:
Put together the burger, and if you want: cabbage, tomato, and cheese.
