  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 4 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grounded black pepper
  • 1 (2-2.5kg) beef striploin

Preparation

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 230°C. Then chop garlic into small minces. Then add sage, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the paste.
Step 2:
Pet dry the meat with paper towel. Then coat the meat with the prepared paste. Cover with a plastic wrap, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 3:
Take meat out and place inside oven with heat-iron pan. Roast until desired 'done-ness'.
Step 4:
Slice the roast into smaller portions, and serve.
