Garlic Crusted Striploin

4 hours       8-10 people

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 4 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grounded black pepper
  • 1 (2-2.5kg) beef striploin

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 230°C. Then chop garlic into small minces. Then add sage, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the paste.
