Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it thaw for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Place the heat-iron pan into the oven. Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Then add oil to the pan, wait till it bubbles, then adds the steak.
Step 3:
Reduce the heat slightly and cook until desired 'done-ness'. Then take out the roast, and place it on board. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Cut the roast into smaller portions, carve the steak from the bone.
