Feedlots are one of the main components in running an abattoir. The idea behind it is to systematically provide feed for the animals, while mitigating nutritional issues and increasing efficiency.
The feedlot equipped in PDS is spatiously designed with the intention to reduce the crowding stress of our livestock, while allowing for the ease of repurposing fertilisers.

We extend our methodology of self-sustainability to the cultivation of our own high-quality feed.
In order to keep our livestock well-fed, we include a healthy portion of napier grass in their diet. Organically grown and self-cultivated.

All of PDS Abattoir’s facilities are certified with the HACCP Food Safety System, adhering to a 100% halal guideline, and are regularly reviewed to ensure only the safest and freshest products.
We enforce strict guidelines on our slaughter floors. Facilities are thoroughly disinfected, regularly cleaned, and all employees practice personal hygiene.
Every entryway inside company ground's furnished with a sterilisation station, preventing any foreign contamination from contact with our products.
Excess Animal By-Products (ABP) from the facilities are efficiently removed via a streamlined approach. This ensures that environments are always hygienic and uncluttered.
PDS Abattoir employs a specialised team that removes the main bones from carcasses, leaving only the primal cuts that are then sent for more retail cuts.
The cuts are sent to processing facilities where they are then segmented and processed through specialists and machinery to create a finished product.
All of our products are stored in a cold storage with highly controlled conditions to maximise freshness.
